Terms and Conditions: Father's Day Promotion

FATHER’S DAY GIVEAWAY: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promotion Period: Entries open 31 August 2026 and close 11:59pm AEST, 5 September 2026.
2. How to Enter: To enter, participants must, during the promotion period: follow @melachkoshersalt, @firebrandbbq, @koiknives and @grill.sisters on Instagram; like the promotional post; and tag the person they would like to gift the prize pack to in the comments of the promotional post. Sharing the post to Instagram Stories and tagging all participating brands is optional and not required for entry.
3. Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Melach Kosher Salt, Firebrand BBQ, Koi Knives and The Grill Sisters are not eligible to enter.
4. Cost of Entry: Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5. The Prize: One winner will receive: a Firebrand Shichirin Japanese Grill (RRP $349), a pair of Firebrand Fire Armour Heat Resistant Gloves (RRP $29.95), a Koi Knives Brolga BBQ Cimeter/Slicer (RRP $315), a signed copy of The Grill Sisters’ Guide to Legendary BBQ (RRP $40), and a Melach Kosher Salt Gift Pack (valued at $100). Total prize pool value: $833.95. Delivery is available to Australian addresses only. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash and cannot be substituted, except at the promoter’s discretion.
6. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries after the promotion period closes. The winner will be announced via Instagram on Father’s Day by DM on 6 September 2026. The winner must respond and provide a valid postal address within 7 days of being notified, or a new winner may be selected.
7. Promoter: This promotion is conducted by Melach Kosher Salt (Strategic Product Partners Pty Ltd), ABN: 42 630 426 194 in conjunction with Firebrand BBQ, Koi Knives and The Grill Sisters.
8. Instagram Release: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants provide their information to the promoter, not to Instagram, and release Instagram from all liability in connection with this promotion.
9. General: The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, and reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the promotion if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.
